Our Beginner Bootcamp consists of 30 minute workouts to get your body and mind back on track in a non-pretencious, safe, and friendly environment.
Beginner Bootcamp is a great starting place if you’re new to it all, or need to get back to a routine without it being a brutal session. We will modify to your fitness level by going slower or faster, or adding weights. Bring a friend if you wish and experience an exercise program that gives you confidence, leave you feeling great.
